AICTE - SAKSHAM SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
Objective: To provide encouragement and support to specially-abled children to pursue technical education.
Eligibility Criteria

How can I apply for this scholarship?
The candidate is required to apply online on the **National Scholarship Portal (NSP)** after the application process is initiated and a notice is published on the AICTE/NSP website.
For how long will I get the Scholarship?
Maximum of **4 years** duration for first-year admitted Degree students and maximum of **3 years** for Diploma Students.
What is the procedure for renewal of the Scholarship?
The scholarship will be renewed for the next year of study on receipt of renewal through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) by submitting a Promotion Certificate duly certified by the Head of the Institution.
Is there any reservation for SC/ST/OBC Students?
No, as all eligible students will receive this scholarship.
Is AADHAAR Card a mandatory document?
Yes, Aadhaar card and an Aadhaar seeded bank account in the name of the candidate is mandatory for submitting the online application under the SAKSHAM scheme.
