PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India
The Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir has announced the opening of the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) for the academic year 2025-26. This centrally sponsored scheme aims to support students from marginalized categories in pursuing education.
Who Can Apply?
- Resident Status: Indian National and resident of Jammu & Kashmir
- Category: OBC / EBC / DNT
- Income Limit: Annual family income not exceeding ₹2.50 Lakh
- Pre-Matric: Class 9th or 10th (Govt. recognized school)
- Post-Matric: Class 11th–12th, Diploma, Graduation, PG or Professional courses
- Exclusion: Students receiving any other State/Central scholarship are not eligible

How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) .
